Enter a fantasy land – and revisit the world of childhood, with games and toys taken from the collection of NCHGS.

Imagine a Punch & Judy show – complete with theatre and puppets.

An array of dolls, from simple hand crafted to high-end French fashion.

Simple games like Tiddledy winks to more sophisticated mechanical toys.

Imagine a winter wonderland, dashing through the snow in a horse drawn sleigh,a child’s sleigh, sled and skates.

Children are invited to participate in a scavenger hunt to locate and learn about items in the exhibit and earn a prize!
