Colonial Days Talk and Dinner, NCHGS at the Sun Inn, Bethlehem, May 9, 2018, 6:30 pm

Tavern at the Sun Inn, Sun Inn Preservation Association, and Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society proudly present a night out at the Sun Inn featuring an interactive lecture about colonial life in Northampton County. Brittany Merriam, curator of the Sigal Museum, will focus on the development of the Lehigh Valley as a colonial period frontier, as well as the people that made the area prosper.

The evening will highlight the tastes of Colonial Bethlehem as prepared by Chef William Gruenewald of Tavern at the Sun Inn and a popular drink of the colonial times – the Colonial Flip. $70 Inn Crowd members, $75 non-members. Call 610-419-8600 for reservations or purchase tickets online.
