Easton Heritage Day

July 12, 2025, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Easton Historic District

Celebrate the spirit of independence and its enduring legacy!

A full-day family festival, Heritage Day showcases local history and the heritage of many groups with reenactment events, activities for kids, musical performances, and tours of downtown Easton’s historic structures and museums.

NCHGS Schedule:

  • 10:00 AM – The Sigal Museum opens to the public for $10.00 admission to one site, or a wristband to all sites for $20.00 per adult or $10.00 for children ages 5-15.
  • 11:00 AM – The Bachmann Players lead the parade from the Farmers’ Market to Centre Square
  • 11:00 AM – NCHGS Craft Tent opens outside of the Sigal Museum
  • 11:30 AM – The Bachmann Players perform a pre-show in Centre Square
  • 11:50 AM – Bachmann Players and historical reenactors gather at the 1753 Bachmann Publick House for a parade to Centre Square.
  • 12:00 PM – Reading of the Declaration of Independence in Center Square by historical interpreter Christopher Black
  • 12:30 PMNCHGS’s historic structures open to the public for $10.00 admission or a $20.00 wristband for all sites.
  • 2:00 PMScreening of “Craft in America: Quilts” in the Sigal Museum auditorium – free with museum admission. Come in and cool off!
  • 5:00 PM – The Sigal Museum and NCHGS’s historic structures and craft tent close for the evening
